Dipl.-Jur. Antonio Gröger-Cerminara
Jurist
Antonio Gröger-Cerminara has been working as a lawyer at F+P since 2023. Prior to this, he was already a Freelance Associate with founding partner Dr. Richard Papenbrock since 2022. As a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A field, he advises companies on transactions, corporate restructurings, and the development and implementation of long-term corporate strategies. Furthermore, he supports the partners in handling mandates in Real Estate Law as well as in advising high net worth individuals.
Parallel to his work at F+P, he has been pursuing his doctorate since 2022 at the Freie Universität Berlin on a topic related to State Constitutional Law (Staatsorganisationsrecht).
